Russell Waters – Partner

Russell Waters has specialized in risk prevention and insurance for lawyers’ professional liability risks for over twenty-five years. A Southern Californian native, Mr. Waters graduated from the University of Southern California with a BA degree in economics with an emphasis on history and Russian studies.

Mr. Waters’ business ventures include the formation and management of insurance administrative organizations that have held endorsements from dozens of professional associations across the country.

Mr. Waters is also the founder of Professional Attorneys Liability Management Society, Inc. (PALMS), a national organization solely devoted to risk management, practice management, and ethics advice for lawyers. In addition to providing telephonic “hotline” services and newsletters, the organization conducts ethics/risk management audits of lawyers and law firms for insurance companies, state supreme court discipline organizations, and law firms.

Mr. Waters is a founder and name partner of WatersOAG, LLC, a law firm and consulting group headquartered in Moscow, Russian Federation.
